The Podcast: Flexin'


When you sit on your ass for a while and then get up and move it, you get sore. I'm reminded of this constantly while I encounter the "All Lives Matter" crowd. Bring a new idea to someone who has always stayed in their own lane, and it hurts them a little. And it only hurts because it causes their mind to flex in a way that it isn't trained to do.


Our palates are no different. If you only do bicep curls with J. Lohr and keep skipping leg day with everything else, well, you know what will happen. Leg day will suck when you finally get around to it, you'll keep skipping it, and you'll continue to have scrawny little chicken pins.
